hi there,

Just for the records.

I had *exactly* the same problem as Luc with the loading of multiseq
dialog (behind a proxy and running Linux). I tried both suggestions:

1/
Elijah's suggestion ("multiseqdialog.tcl" edition) did not make it here.

2/
What did work was to add John's lines to the .vmdrc file.
