Hi ,
  I want to generate a pdb file that composed of a water box and it contain
some small peptides in it , i have the pdb files of the peptides,how could i
do to put them randomly in a water box? thanks .Also I want to know how to
put them in certain place ,for example ,put them in the 30A surface layer in
the water box.Thanks
