Hi,
  This is a known problem with the currently available nVidia drivers.
I've reported the problem to them, and they say that the problems are fixed
in new drivers that haven't been made publically available yet. For the time
being, I'd suggest reverting to one of the older driver versions such as 7676
that worked well with GLSL. I'm hoping that nVidia will release the updated
drivers soon...
