Hey all,

I am trying to use the bigdcd script with the rmsd analysis tool to hopefully generate a plot of a 36ns simulation I have performed (which is broken into 12 separate DCDs.)

I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about that using a WindowsGL version of VMD, I am confused as where to even start with a script. Thanks so much!
