I am consulting both the on-line User Guide and the Tutorial. As soon as I
wrote I saw the description in the Tutorial. It is implied (but not stated
explicitly) that PMEGridSize invokes FFT. Is this correct?

Nonetheless, the conf file in the tutorial did not work without
modification.
