Hi,
I wanted to use writetrr to write out a trajectory loaded in VMD.
Using the graphical menus that works fine. When I try it from the
command line, it only writes out a single frame, and I couldn't
find a syntax for telling it to write out a whole trajectory.
What I currently use is
# some trajectory loading
[..]
set sel [atomselect top all]
$sel writetrr "output/all.trr"
How would one go about for a multiple-frame trajectory?
( I tried also something like
$sel writetrr "toto.trr" first 0 last -1
but which didn't work)
Thanks in advance,
Marc Baaden
