I am having problems installing VMD on my LINUX box. I downloaded the
binary package for LINUX with OpenGL, extracted it with no problems
and then after running the configure script I do not get a Makefile.
There are also no complaints, just a notification about using the
configure.options. I would be grateful for any help in this case.
