I've found that the netpbm rpm for OpenSuSE 10.3 doesn't have the ppmtompeg
binary included. Not sure why, but the short term solution is to just
install the 10.2 standard rpm and not allow updates of that rpm to occur.
Otherwise, you will have to build from the source srpm and still lock
updates. Any security update to the netpbm package would replace the
entire rpm and remove the ppmtompeg binary.
