Hello,

Can someone help me to read an SDF file output from GOLD into VMD? The
GOLD documentation says that SDF is the same as MOL or MDL, so I've been
trying to use the MDLMOL importer with vmd-1.8a6. I have Babel
installed, but it fails on the file I have. I also tried renaming the
SDF file to MOL with the same results.
