Dear Adrian, (and others reading)
  The current version (and last version) of VMD have problems working
correctly in the CAVE and i-desk environments. We are working on fixing
these issues, but at present in order to get it fully operational on a
CAVE, you have to run one of the older revs of the software. If you're
interested in trying this, please let us know.
