Pending their availability, external researchers may be allowed to use TCB compute resources if they provide the following information:

• A brief description of the research project
• Estimated compute needs - how many compute resources will be necessary, and for how long?
• Time frame for the project - how long will the project take to complete?
• Nature of project and its biomedical relevance
• Compute requirements (time, project period.... what else?)
• Relationship with the TCB

Once this information is gathered, it should be sent to Emad, Klaus, and the system administrator. They will discuss whether the request can be met.
