Hi
When loading phi files created with DELPPHI I get a mismatch between the isosurface and the protein, meaning they are not superimposed.
I used to work with PYMOL and never had problems in this regard, all pdb and phi files loaded in PYMOL are correctly superimposed and the in correct orientation.
Loading these files in VMD however results in a displacement between the two files.
Files created for example with APBS are correctly aligned in VMD.
Has anybody encountered such a problem before ?
Thanks
Michael Widmann
