Big Bench Mouse |
Big Bench Mouse is a commercial database application specifically designed for transgenic mouse colonies, Big Bench Mouse is the complete colony management software solution for Macintosh (PC version coming soon). View Application Entry for Big Bench Mouse |
Biology WorkBench |
Biology WorkBench is a revolutionary web-based tool for biologists. The WorkBench allows biologists to search many popular protein and nucleic acid sequence
databases. Database searching is integrated with access to a wide variety of analysis and modeling tools, all within a point and click interface that eliminates file format
compatibility problems. View Application Entry for Biology WorkBench |
JChem |
JChem is a Java tool for developing applications that manipulate and search
mixed structural and non-structural data. A system using JChem can integrate
web browsers or tradional interfaces with relational databases (RDBMS),
like Oracle, Access, MSSQL Server, MySQL, etc. The system provides core modules
for building chemical applications.

Relibase |
Relibase is a powerful system to search and analyse the protein-ligand complexes
in the PDB. It is freely available on the web at three sites;
http://relibase.ccdc.cam.ac.uk
http://relibase.ebi.ac.uk
http://relibase.rutgers.edu
There is also a commercial version, Relibase+, offering extra analytical
facilities and the ability to construct and search in-house databases of
protein-ligand complexes, available from the Cambridge Crystallographic
Data Centre (CCDC).
