How to prepare the topology file for nucleotide FEP in NAMD?

Hello,
I want to perform free energy perturbation of nucleotide molecules in NAMD.
I could prepare the topology for protein FEP using mutator plugin of vmd.
However, I couldn't get any option to prepare the topology for nucleotide
FEP. Please help me regarding this.
