NAMD 2.11 CUDA freezes on windows 8

Dear all!

I tried to upgrade to NAMD 2.11 but when I ran my simulations the process
would just freeze. No CPU load is observed and nothing seems to be
happening.
The exact same simulation runs with NAMD 2.10-CUDA and also with NAMD 2.11
(on the CPU). I attached the logs for all three cases.

*How can I help debug this?*

I'm using the 347.52 driver and I updated to 353.90 but it did not help.
