Dear All,

I have a simple question on how to combine several proteins together to
generate one .psf and one pdb file for later simulation.

I have the psf and pdb file for one protein molecule, now I want to have
many such protein molecules randomly oriented in space.

I am not sure how to combine them together to have one psf and one pdb file.
