If the upper or lower side of the surface doesn't differ and the box is
periodic, it doesn't matter which side the polymer will choose for
interaction, or?

 Hi Folks,
   I am trying to run this polymer with a surface on the one of the faces of
  the cube.
  Is there an option for using reflecting wall for this surface.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
