Dear NAMD users,
I've tried to run the benchmark system APOA1 for 0.2ns on our new cluster
(Quad-Core Xeon with either gigabit or infiniband network).
If I use the NAMD for Linux-amd64 the jobs stop after different times
with "Bad global exclusion count".
But if I run the same job with NAMD for Linux-amd64-TCP or Linux-i686
there is no error.
I would prefer to use NAMD for Linux-amd64 because this is the fastest version.
Thanks,
Carsten
