Explanation of Details of BioCoRE Job Management Prototype

Samplefilenames - Input files. The sample file names are provided here to indicate where files you loaded after clicking the 'Click here to load/name files for this job' would appear. The suffixes, e.g. .min, are not meant to indicate that a specific set of file extensions are required, they are just examples. You will be able to open any of the files, in the editor of your choice, by clicking the hyperlinked filename.

Samplefilenames - Output files. The files listed are provided to indicate where output files you named after clicking the 'Click here to load/name files for this job' would appear. No specific list of output files will be requested by BioCoRE - only those you decide you want. You will be able to open any of the files, in the editor of your choice, by clicking the hyperlinked filename, and also see the directory path to the file.

Source directory path. An example directory where your input files for a job might be stored, as selected using the file loading page. Not all directory paths need be the same. Clicking the hyperlinked directory path will open a page displaying the contents of that directory, and also see the directory path to the file.

Destination directory path. Example directory paths of where your output files, as selected using the file loading page, might be stored. Not all directory paths need be the same. Clicking the hyperlinked directory path will open a page displaying the contents of that directory.

Sample files from a running job. This file, and the others near it, are meant to be examples of input or output files from a hypothetical job. You will be able to click any hyperlinked file, and have it open in the editor of your choice, along with information about where the file is stored or to be stored, i.e. its full directory path.
