Job Submission Tool

Start a Job:  New job:  File Loading, Naming, and Storing

Select Input Files from BioFS*

  
  Step 1: Load input files needed for job  
   
    Or, enter the path (e.g. /jobs/sampledir/sampledir/) to a file or directory in the BioFS, and click a load option
     
     
   

  Step 2: Review/edit list of input files loaded in Step 1:
      File name: BioFS directory for file:
    1. samplefilename.namd /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    2. samplefilename.min /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    3. samplefilename.psf /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    4. samplefilename.pro /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    To remove a file from the above, click checkbox and push button below.
   

 

Select Output Files destination in BioFS
  Step 1: Name files you want retrieved from the job, and where you want them placed
    Output filename*: Directory path:  
   
*You can list files separated by commas if they are going into the same directory.

Step 2: Review/edit list of output files loaded in Step 1:
      File name: BioFS destination for file:
    1. samplefilename.out /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    2. samplefilename.coord /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    3. samplefilename.rel /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    4. samplefilename.dcd /Actin/jobs/sampledir/sampledir/
    To remove a file from the above, click checkbox and push button below.
