Upload Multiple Files

Below is a web interface for uploading multiple files (five at a time maximum).  Select a destination directory for the files, browse to the files to be uploaded to that directory, and click the Upload button.  Other options BioCoRE provides for uploading multiple files are:

• WebDav interface to your desktop file system - allows you to use your desktop operating system to manage files within BioCoRE
• Compressed files - expand tar or gzip files into a directory (see below)
• Remote file system retrieval tool (rfsrt) - retrieves directory structure from remote computer systems, provides BioFS pointers to the directory and files

* A new directory will be created within the selected directory, using the file name of the compressed file.
